We process data to address user inquiries regarding the App, Website, or the Services.

We process data in response to law enforcement requests and to comply with applicable laws, court orders, and governmental regulations.

Moreover, with the User's explicit permission, we leverage their data for the subsequent supplementary intentions:
a) Profile Enhancement and Fraud Deterrence:

- Data and services hosted on Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) and Google Cloud Platform.
- Third-party providers like Mixpanel, Adjust, Google Analytics, Firebase, Sendgrid, Nexmo, Stripe, Google reCAPTCHA, and Google Analytics 4.

B. Fellow Service Members: Registered member information, including first name, photo, age, gender, city, state, and occupation, is visible to both unregistered and registered Service members. Additional profile information is exclusively viewable by registered members. Notably, payment details, subscription information, and private mailbox content remain confidential and are not accessible or viewable by other users.
C. Third-Party Networks: Accommodation listings posted on the Service may be shared through third-party websites with which we have established relationships. By posting an accommodation on the Service, you are granting consent for the listing to appear on these third-party websites.
D. Legal Compliance and Protection of Rights: We may disclose your data to government authorities or third parties when required by law, in response to a subpoena or court order, or when we reasonably believe it is necessary to safeguard against fraud, protect our property or the rights of users, third parties, or the public at large.
E. Business Transfers and Bankruptcy: In the event of mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy, or asset sales, user information may be transferred to third parties. We retain the right, as part of such transactions, to transfer or assign your information and other data collected from Service users to third parties. This transfer will be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, except when ordered otherwise by a court.

Users can update the information maintained by Livingo through the account settings. You can opt out of marketing emails and communications at any time by adjusting your communication preferences in your account settings or contacting us at contact@livingo.io. This will not affect essential Service-related communications necessary to fulfill the contractual relationship.
